New signature make-up look

I was bored and just came up with this new favourite look!
Eyes: Purple from 01 eye tri shade from The body shop, two bronze colours from Coastal scents 88 Warm palette, highlighting colour and blending colour, MAC eye liner in blacktrack and some fake eyelashes. BAM!
Then I threw on some Loreal Glam Bronze for brunettes and some Loreal blush in 120 for my cheeeeks!
Lips has nothing on but MAC lipglass in Big baby.

Make that face like... Doing my make-up is done.. what to do now?! ARG. HAHA

Healthy living

Recently I decided to start living healthy. That means no bad sugar, no coca cola, no fast food, no processed meat, no alcohol. Now see I don’t believe you have to avoid these things 100% for the rest of your life but I will try my best. I have lost weight and I recently started running once or twice a week to get even healthier. I must say I love the results on my body! I do feel happier also because I’m proud that I can keep my body healthy. Because it does take a lot to keep saying no to all the candy, drinks and greasy foods.

An example on how I stay healthy throughout a day could be:

Start the day with a cup of coffee.

Go running for 30 minutes.

Eats breakfast: 1 orange and a bowl of yoghurt with oatmeal and blueberries on.

Lunch: 1 fiber biscuits with cheese low in fat and ham on and some vegetables beside.

Snack: Green tea or a piece of fruit.

Dinner: salmon pie with spinach and cottage cheese (my favorite!!).  

Snack: Green tea.

The trick is to stay motivated. Convince yourself that this lifestyle is going to make you happy in any way. Who doesn’t want that for themselves? It makes you happy because you clean your body for all the toxic food you would normally poison it with. Diet has A LOT to say when it comes to not only physical but mental well-being. You will be happy about how your body looks in the mirror if you keep eating controlled portions and keep exercising. You will be happy that you get self-esteem from showing yourself you can do what you want to do and you are able to take a choice and stick with it!
Now I am not a professional dietitian but I can definitely talk from personal experience and I promise you it will pay off in at least one of the ways that I just mentioned above. 


Saving my hair

My hair is having a hard time after I went from blond and back to brunette. I try to be as gentle to my thin thiiiiiin hair and lately I bought these to Joico products. The tall bottle is a shampoo for damaged hair and is good for those who are going to spend a lot of time in the pool where there is chlorine in the water. The other bottle is a new hair treatment which is supposed to be a mix of two different treatments according to my hairdresser and it should be a holy grail when your hair is forced in the sun and the evil chlorine water! Sooo… is it true? First of all the shampoo smells amazing! I am in love! The hairtreatment doesn’t smell of something speciel, but when I put it in my hair really sucks it all in. Like it said “GIVE ME MORE GOD DAMN!”. It does the job as it promised on the back: “Leaves hair stronger, softer and more moisturized”. I must admit that I am more amazed by the shampoo than the hairtreatment. The shampoo is a new favorite and does wonders to my damaged and thin hair but in the end of the day the hair mask does not do anything speciel compared to so many other hair treatments. But it does look expensive with the black and gold hihihihi!
